Shipping rates

Unless otherwise quoted you will be charged Australia post rates for delivering your order.  A handling charge may also be applicable. 
Please note that for deliveries within Australia, you only pay one delivery fee per order, irrespective of the number of separate deliveries (sometimes not all items in your order are available for shipment at the same time).
Please note that deliveries through Australia Post cannot be easily tracked.

Shipping rates for international deliveries

Deliveries to destinations outside Australia are made by courier and can not be made to post office boxes. Charges for international delivery destinations will be notified before we remit your order.  Please note that some countries may charge the recipient duties on the 'import' of parcels from time-to-time. As these charges are the responsibility of the recipient, please check the customs service in your destination country to see if charges are applicable.

Free shipping offers

• Free shipping offers (inclusive of Postage & Handling) will be limited to Australia Post Standard Delivery or as advertised.
• Free shipping is limited to deliveries made within Australia only.
• Free shipping offers will have a specific timeframe as per the offer.
• A valid start and finish date will be advertised. All items will be consolidated and shipped together unless we advise otherwise via email and/or decide to override the consolidation process.

Prices of products and services and delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability.

Goods and Services ("GST") and Other Taxes

Prices displayed on this website are inclusive of GST applied at the rate of 10%. If the delivery address is outside Australia, the GST component of each price will be deducted after we receive your order. We will send an email confirming the order amount after deduction of the GST component.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties or other liabilities imposed by any governmental agency, including without limitation, any customs duty, goods and services taxes or any value added tax imposed on any products or services acquired or ordered by you from this website.

Your contract with Rainbow Publications Pty Ltd only comes into existence when it forwards confirmation of receipt of your order and payment.

Risk and Title

Rainbow Publications Pty Ltd will retain title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products, but all risk in the products will pass to you upon their delivery to or collection by a postal or courier service. You should consider whether to obtain any suitable insurance.
